Description
Aluminium tortilla press:
- Simply pop a small ball of dough into the centre of the press, and push the top part down to create perfectly even, flat tortillas ready for frying
- Can also be used to make rotis
- Note: the press is designed to make tortillas, which are a thin, flexible flatbread. If you'd like to make your breads super thin, you might have to whip out the rolling pin. Dough bouncing back? Leave it to rise in a warm place to let the glutens relax, and try pressing again in ten minutes.
